Step 1: Select the Calendar Tab

 

Step 2: Select New Event

 

Step 3: Entitle Meeting

 

Step 4: Select Teams Meeting Option

 

Step 5: Choose Which Attendees to Invite

 

Step 5b: If desired, invite optional attendees

 

Step 6: Choose Meeting Time

 

Step 7: Select a Conference Room/Location

 

Step 8: If in person, select that option

 

Step 9: Add a Description for the Meeting

 

Step 10: Make Sure that Attendees are Available

 

Step 11: Click Send
