To request equipment and accounts for a new employee please follow the following procedure:

 

  1. Click here:  https://helpdesk.pgttrucking.com/new
  2. Under Category, select "PGT Helpdesk," and under Type, select "New User Setup"                                                                                                                                          
  3. Fill out the required information.  Please be sure the spelling of the name is correct, as this will be used to create their email address.
  4. Any additional details can be entered into the "Message" portion
  5. "Contact Details" at the bottom is YOUR information, not the new employee.  This is where status updates will be sent.
  6. Click "Create Ticket" when complete.

Please submit this request when instructed by Talent Acquisition.  We keep all requests confidential until the general announcement is made.  If we do not receive the request at least one business day in advance, we cannot guarantee we will be able to have everything ready prior to the start date.
