In the case of an employee separating from PGT, their manager should follow the following procedure:

 

  1. Click here:  https://helpdesk.pgttrucking.com/new
  2. Under Category, select "Separated Employee" 
  3. Fill out the required information. Please be sure the spelling of the name is correct, as this will be used to disable their login IDs.
  4. Any additional details can be entered into the "message" portion.
  5. Click "create ticket" when complete.

Please submit this request as soon as the employee has completed their work at PGT. We keep all requests confidential until the general announcement is made.
