PGT Password Reset

If you are a PGT user without a PGT computer these are the steps to follow for a password reset for your Email/VPN.

 

  1. Contact the Help Desk.
  2. The Help Desk will work with you on picking a password and getting it set in our system. *Passwords need to be at least 14 characters and cannot include your name in them.*
    • You will be required to respond to a DUO prompt that we send you for authentication. Below shows what the prompt looks like in the DUO Mobile app.

  • We will ask for the confirmation code so please wait to approve the prompt till after we confirm the confirmation code. 

3. Once we confirm and reset your password you will be able to sign into your PGT Email and VPN again.
