Install the Outlook app from the Google Play store and locate it on your phone

Launch the app, then tap on "Add Account"

On the following screen, tap on "Enter your email", enter your company email, then tap "Continue"

Note for Southern Pines and PGT Services users - even if your address is @spinestrucking.com or @pgt-services.com, you will need to do your email alias + @pgttrucking.com - for example, if your email was "[email protected]", you would enter "[email protected]". This will not affect anything with how it shows up in the app or how other people see your emails, it is purely for initially authenticating your account to our servers.

You will then be taken  to a sign on for Duo. Enter the same email address you entered on the previous screen, followed by your password. Then click "Log in"

You might then get a screen saying the following about a device administrator. Tap "Activate" and you should be taken to settings - Tap on "Activate this device admin app" and you will be taken back to Outlook.

It will then ask you about adding another account. Unless you have another email to add, tap "Maybe Later". Email will then be setup on your Android
