ONLY PERFORM THESE STEPS IF INSTRUCTED BY THE HELPDESK

Click the globe icon in the system tray in the bottom right

Click the menu button, and then click “settings”

Click “add”

Under Portal Address, enter 199.102.89.1 and click save

You should now see the newly entered address under portals.  Click the X in the top right corner to close the window

Click on the globe again in the system tray

You should new have a new option below the connect button to select a different portal.  Select the new portal address and login as normal
