Virtual desktop is a service that allows you to connect to a virtual windows desktop that contains all of the PGT software pre-installed and configured.  It can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.  No VPN is required.

 

If you would like a remote desktop, please contact [email protected] with your request.  Once you are notified that it is ready, follow the instructions below to setup access.

 

 

Download and install the client from here:  https://support.pgttrucking.com/files/VMware-Horizon-Client-5.0.0-12606690.exe

 

 

Open the VMware Horizon Client

 

 

Double-click "add server"

 

 

 

Enter mydesktop.pgttrucking.com and click connect

 

 

 

Enter your PGT username and password and click "login"

 

 

 

Now double click the icon
