1. click start button

 

2. type "remote desktop" and click on the program

 

3. Type in "pgtrds01.pgt.com" or "pgtrds02.pgt.com" depending on which server you use.

 

4. Click Connect

 

5. Click on "more choices"

 

6. Click "use a different account",  type in your credentials, and then click "ok".  The username will typically be pgt\ plus your lastname plus first initial (pgt\pattersone).  The password is the same one you use to log into your computer every day.

 

7. You should now be logged in to the system.  From there you can open email, as400, and other PGT provided programs.
