1. Submit a helpdesk ticket at https://support.pgttrucking.com or email [email protected] with your request to setup PGT email on a personal device
2. The helpdesk will send you a text message.
3. Tap on the link in the text message
4. Enter Network ID 074-391-5179 and tap register
5. Enter your windows username and password and tap login
6. Tap Allow
7. Tap Close
8. Open the settings app. You should see a line that says "profile downloaded". tap on that
9. Tap on install in the top right corner
10. Enter your device passcode
11. Tap Install
12. Tap Install
13. Tap Trust
14. Tap done
15. The device will attempt to install the Meraki systems manager app. Tap Install to allow the installation. Note that the app can be removed later after the email setup is complete, however leaving it on the devices enabled easier troubleshooting.
16. If this is the first time you are setting up email on a personal device, you will need to notify the helpdesk that you have completed the setup. Otherwise email will be begin to download onto the device within a few minutes.
A note about remote management:
PGT Email remains the property of PGT, and we reserve the right to wipe PGT owned data from your personal device at any time. We are using this system to maintain our ability to protect PGT data. We do not track the GPS location of the phone, or monitor web and app usage in any way.
