Email [email protected] and ask to be setup with a Duo account

 

You will then receive a welcome email with a link to setup your new account.

 

Click the link in the email

 

Click start setup

 

 

Select the device type.  Mobile devices are preferred.

 

 

 

Mobile Device Setup

 

The mobile app is the easiest, fastest, and most reliable way to perform the 2 factor authentication.  No data about the phone is collected or sent to PGT except the phone number of the device.

 

Enter your phone number.  Check the box to confirm.

 

 

 

 

Click call me or Text me to get a verification code.  Enter the code in the box and click verify.  Click Continue

 

 

Select the notification method.  Push notification is preferred.

 

 

Select the type of mobile device

 

Install the duo mobile app on your mobile device.  Once it is installed, click "I have Duo Mobile installed"

 

 

Your account setup is now complete.
