Vinyl Distribution List Creator

1. Go to the website home.pgttrucking.com

2. Sign in using your windows sign on information.  Last Name, First Initial and windows password.

3. Left Panel of the Home Page, click on Directory

  4.  On the Right Panel, below Employees, Drivers and Agents, click on Distribution List Creator.

5.  Contact List will show up.  On the left panel there is multiple ways to filter the list.  Not all fields need to be filled to pull a list for a distribution.  Example:  I want all company drivers that are under a specific fleet manager to email. Click in the field you are looking for and a drop down will give choices on what can be in the field. Then click Save.

6.  In the body of the site, the list will come up for all that is under my filter I chose.  In the right corner, there is a picture of a hard disk with a down arrow.  Click on the disk.

7.   List will download as Excel on the bottom of the browser.  Double Click in the center to open the Excel file.

8.  Copy the Email column.

9.  Open up an New Email and paste in the To:, CC: or the BCC: field to send the email.
