There are two ways to access your email archive: Through the web portal or via the outlook plugin. Instructions for both options are below.
The email archive system has been running since February 2020. Any email you have sent or received since that time has been permanently archived in this system.
Web Portal
Open your web browser and go to https://archive.idealcloud.net/pgt
Enter your username in the format lastname first initial
Enter your password and click next
Outlook Plugin
If you do not have this tab available in outlook submit a request here: https://helpdesk.pgttrucking.com/new/
Click the MailStore tab at the top of outlook
The first time you go into MailStore it will ask for a server name, enter https://archive.idealcloud.net/pgt
User name and password is your Windows/email/VPN ID and password.
Search Instructions
The screenshots below are from the outlook plugin. The web portal functions the same way
For a basic Search, simply type in a list of words in the search box and hit enter. Note that this will search all email sent and received from your account no matter what folder you kept it in.
For an advanced search, click the advanced search button
Here you can filter your results by date, size, attachment, to/from address, as well as search in the body, header, or attachment contents for specific keywords.
Click the search button to view the results
If this a query that you run often, you can click the "save as" button to add the results into a virtual folder.
You can view the virtual folders by clicking the "Browse Archive" button
Once you have located your email, click on it to view the contents. Click "Open Message" if you'd like to see it in a regular outlook window. From there you can can reply or forward the email as needed. Note that you cannot delete items out of the archive.
